I'm a North Carolina based illustrator and surface pattern designer.
My creative vision is to translate the beautiful world into beautiful art that can then be applied to items like fabrics, journals, apparel, home goods, tote bags, backpacks, wallpaper, and more.
I'm originally from Long Island, New York and began my career in graphic design when I moved to Florida in 1988. While in Florida I worked in advertising agencies designing brochures, book covers, a children's magazine, product branding, and a host of other printed products.
Although not a novice in the graphic design field, I am new to the field of digital illustration and surface pattern design, so my portfolio for this type of work is still small and my efforts at marketing is improving - but I'm having a blast learning how to do it all!
